Our session was informed by consumer, market and product trends and was supported by industry and category insight. Including:

  • inspiration: flavour, ingredient, format and packaging trends including global examples and cross-category innovation to inspire new thinking

  • future opportunities: where will instant noodle category be in 5 years, and what products to develop in response
