2020 Food and Drink Symposium

Harris and Hayes are hosting their 2020 Food and Drink Symposium on 15th October at Mimo, London Bridge. Three speakers will address key themes for the future of food and drink, followed by a panel discussion and interactive tasting. Get tickets

The three themes are

  1. Healthy-ish: Healthy sounds boring and worthy; consumers want to be healthy-ish to fit our lifestyles and enjoy healthy indulgence

  2. Holistic futuristic: exploring how technology allows us to (re)connect with nature and address issues of food security, health, sustainability and climate change

  3. Refined unrefined: The opposite of futuristic, AI and tech. Honouring food in its most natural state and looking back to a purer gastronomical world.
