Healthy-ish: Healthy sounds boring and worthy; consumers want to be healthy-ish to fit our lifestyles and enjoy healthy indulgence
Holistic futuristic: exploring how technology allows us to (re)connect with nature and address issues of food security, health, sustainability and climate change
Refined unrefined: The opposite of futuristic, AI and tech. Honouring food in its most natural state and looking back to a purer gastronomical world.
